We believe physical activities are great ways to help in the recovery of posttraumatic stress promoting perseverance, tenacity, support and determination. This is our annual, main fundraising event that occurs the first Saturday in June to kick off PTSD Awareness month. Each year participants receive a new challenge coin promoting perseverance, tenacity, support and determination in overcoming PTSD.

DownloadNew this year! The group meets weekly, getting individuals out of the house, combating isolation that pervades individuals struggling with postttraumatic stress. This group is for individuals with no experience with archery to the seasoned archer. A sponsored-competition shooter is on hand to provide training and instruction.
A weekly team comprised of individuals at various stages in their recovery and individuals from their support networks.
I suffer from seclusion as apart of my injury. The softball team gives me a sense of working on a team that relies on me and forces me to leave my residence. I feel the team relies on me and I never want to let them down. This feeling reminds me of the team environment I experienced as a police officer. This team brings me joy and something to look forward to .
